In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn to navigate life’s ups and downs using breathing tools that help you generate feelings of love, appreciation, and joy on demand, even in tough times.

Drawing from personal experience with a plethora of healing modalities, including behavioral therapy, EMDR therapy, meditation and breathwork, Andreea Ciulac will be sharing her life-changing practices.

Andreea has certifications from NeuroChangeSolutions (on the art of changing beliefs and mental rehearsal) and one from the HearthMath Institute (which evolved her understanding of the heart’s innate intelligence and the power of elevated emotions).
