El mundo está cambiando a un ritmo acelerado y cada día nos enfrentamos a desafíos que ponen a prueba nuestra fortaleza emocional y mental. Sin embargo, hay una clave que separa a quienes se desploman de quienes triunfan: La resiliencia. Oscar Mauricio Ardila, psicólogo, experto en liderazgo y terapeuta en reprogramación mental compartirá estrategias prácticas y reales para fortalecer la mentalidad, la toma de decisiones fomentando la autoconfianza y así aplicar de inmediato en su vida.
