Gentle Chair Yoga allows the participants to modify their yoga practice based on mobility, health, strength, flexibility and current ability level. Chair Yoga offers a practice that includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support.
The format will be fundamentals, with discussion, posture training, and relaxation techniques.
Requirement: one sturdy chair, without arm, 2 blocks, 1 strap/old tie, 1-2 pillows.
