Join us for an opportunity to reconnect, share and learn some fun positive life experiences from one another. Program will be conducted in Lao and English. Facilitated by Douangchay Hedstrom. 

Guest Speaker, Enrichment Manager, Glenna Godinsky, will share relaxation tips for family members caring for loved ones and describes the Elgin Area Memory Cafe’ and EngAGE Cafe’ which are 2 social groups where resources are shared.

This program is provided by owner of the Roll-n-Donut Cafe Douangchay Hedstrom with light refreshments provided.
