Who doesn't love ice cream in the summer?! Have you ever wondered about the food science behind this creamy, chilly treat? Join us as we delve into the fun and tasty world of ice cream!

Registration required. 

**Ingredient alert...we will be eating and enjoying a store-bought, individually packaged ice cream treat at the conclusion of our program.  This product will contain dairy.  If you'd like to see the entire ingredient list, the food package label will be available the day of the program.

**PLEASE NOTE: Registration for this program does not start until June 1, 2024.**

If you register but later are unable to attend the event, please call 847-429-4685 to cancel as soon as possible. This allows a student on the waitlist to join the event.  We will be taking attendance at the programs, and staff members reserve the right to move a registrant to the waitlist if they are found to be consistently absent from programs.
