Celebrate the Anniversary of Mexico's Independence! At the Civic Center Plaza of Elgin. Enjoy folk dances, music, a performance of “El Grito de Dolores,” crafts and more. In association with the City of Elgin and the Mexican Organization of Elgin (OME). In English and Spanish.
