No matter the challenge, Simplifying Therapy is here to give you the tools to help support you on your healing journey! This 4-part series will expose you to information about thought processes, aligning behaviors & values, and overcoming stuck points! Leave each class with information and insight to do life better. 

1. Challenge & Replace Negative Thoughts  (Sep. 5th)

3. Encourage Positive Thought Patterns (Sep. 19)
