Harvard Health Publications calls Tai Chi “Medication in Motion” for the myriad of health benefits it provides, including reduction of chronic pain and stress, improved joint mobility, digestion, balance, immunity and heart health. Allison likes to call it "Healing Movement for Every Body." All levels welcome!
