Join George Drost, JD, son of John Anton Drost, and Julie Drost Lokun, granddaughter of John Anton Drost, for a moving presentation on The Quiet Hero. This compelling book is a revision of John Anton Drost’s memoirs, chronicling his remarkable life as an attorney in Czechoslovakia during World War II. Drost’s quiet heroism shines through his courageous advocacy for Jewish families, helping them safeguard their valuables and livelihoods under the looming threat of Gestapo rule.

Forced to abandon everything to escape persecution, John Anton Drost’s bravery and unwavering commitment to justice remain a testament to the power of quiet resistance. Through this presentation, George and Julie honor his legacy, highlighting how his story continues to inspire courage and compassion in the face of adversity.
