Salvador Dali created dreamlike, weird & wonderful art with everyday objects. Let's explore art by Dali & use clay to create our own work inspired by this surrealist artist! Registration required.

Registration for this program begins February 15, 2026. Please register each child SEPARATELY.

Salvador Dali painted and created art that was like a "visual dream"; his works didn't look like they could exist in real life. From melting clocks to his famous mustache, let's learn a little about Dali's life, surprising actions, and artwork. Then, we'll use foam clay to create 3D art like one of Dali's famous works.

This program will be held in the Story Room... look for the doors with the "book shaped" windows in the KidSpace Hallway.

If you register but later are unable to attend the event, please call 847-429-4685 to cancel as soon as possible. This allows a student on the wait list to join the event with adequate notice. We will be taking attendance at the programs, and staff members reserve the right to move a registrant to the wait list if they are found to be consistently absent from programs.
