Whether it’s for weight loss, minimizing risks or controlling symptoms of common chronic diseases (diabetes, heart conditions, arthritis and Alzheimer’s, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol), plant-based nutrition is successful on all fronts, with a preponderance of evidence demonstrating benefits for you and your family. This program will free you from counting calories, weighing foods, and measuring for portion control. 

Join Joan Davis and Karen Bender, Health Educators and board members of Plant-based Nutrition Movement, in this 3 part series:
