Join Ms. Carrie to explore unique art this summer. We'll learn about an artist or medium, but we'll spend most of our time MAKING ART! This session, let's explore sparkly, colorful stained glass!
Best for Grades K-entering 6th in the fall.
Did you know that stained glass has been an art form since the 9th and 10th centuries? We are in the 21st century so this beautiful colored glass has decorated buildings and art pieces for hundreds of years. We'll briefly explore stained glass and how it is made, but then we'll do a STEAM experiment with glue, water and food coloring to make our own stained glass sun catcher. Registration required.

If you register but later are unable to attend the event, please call 847-429-4685 to cancel as soon as possible. This allows a student on the waitlist to join the event. We will be taking attendance at the programs, and staff members reserve the right to move a registrant to the waitlist if they are found to be consistently absent from programs.
Is the program full? Be sure to register your child for the waiting list. We do our best to accomodate interested participants.
