Laughter truly is the best medicine. Exercise Physiologist Debbie Friend brings us "Laugh for the Health of It." We'll explore the mental, physical and emotional benefits of daily laughter and experience a 30-45 minute laughter practice. No special clothing or equipment required. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Just bring yourself and your laughter!
