The Tully Monster was a strange, prehistoric creature that lived in Illinois over 300 million years ago. Let's explore the Illinois state fossil and make a Tully Monster craft. Registration required.

Registration for this program begins August 15, 2025. Please register each child SEPARATELY. 

The Tully Monster is a 300 million year old marine creature that lived in Illinois, and it has puzzled scientists for DECADES! It was first found in Mazon Creek, Illinois in 1958. Let's explore this prehistoric critter and create a Tully Monster craft.

For a list of possible books that we may use in this program, click here. 

If you register but later are unable to attend the event, please call 847-429-4685 to cancel as soon as possible. This allows a student on the wait list to join the event with adequate notice. We will be taking attendance at the programs, and staff members reserve the right to move a registrant to the wait list if they are found to be consistently absent from programs.
