Al registrarme en este programa, reconozco que estoy participando voluntariamente en las clases de acondicionamiento físico proporcionadas por JBF STUDIO LLC. Entiendo que el ejercicio físico, por su propia naturaleza, conlleva ciertos riesgos, incluyendo, entre otros, lesiones físicas, esfuerzo, incomodidad e incluso la posibilidad de lesiones graves o la muerte. Por la presente, asumo todos los riesgos y la responsabilidad por cualquier lesión u otros incidentes médicos. 

Exención y Liberación de Responsabilidad: 
Por la presente, libero, renuncio, exonero y acepto no presentar demandas contra el Proveedor, sus empleados, representantes, afiliados o agentes, de cualquier reclamo, demanda, responsabilidad, derechos, daños, gastos y causas de acción de cualquier tipo que surja de o en relación con mi participación en la(s) clase(s) de acondicionamiento físico, ya sea por negligencia del Proveedor o por cualquier otra causa.

By registering for this program, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in fitness class(es) provided by JBF STUDIO LLC. I understand that physical exercise, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and even the possibility of serious injury or death. I hereby assume all risks and responsibility for any such injuries or other medical incidents. 

Waiver and Release: 
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Provider, its employees, representatives, affiliates, or agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of any nature arising out of or in connection with my participation in the fitness class(es), whether caused by the negligence of the Provider or otherwise.
