Cacti have a remarkable ability to adapt to their environment. Cacti face harsh conditions in the desert, including scorching sun, extreme temperatures, and minimal rainfall. Yet it thrives against all odds. Similarly, individuals on a mental health journey learn to adapt to life's challenges. Learn how to acquire coping skills and find ways to weather the storm. Live cacti craft and material provided.
