South Elgin - Hoffer Meeting Room

In the year of Salem's 400th Anniversary, historical presenter Michelle Gibbons will embody the voice of one of the countless women accused of witchcraft during the infamous Salem Witch Trials.

Step back into the year 1692, where fear, superstition, and mass hysteria gripped
the Puritan town of Salem. Hear firsthand what it was like to live under suspicion, accused of dark, unthinkable crimes for which the only evidence was rumor, fear, and prejudice.
