Registration for this program begins October 15, 2026. Please register each child separately.

Want to learn about a yummy Japanese food and make a candified version of it? Get ready to roll up! Registration required.

Please note that foods with gluten and dairy may be served. If you have food allergy concerns, please contact Francesca at ftso@gailborden.info and we will do our best to accommodate as needed.

If you are unable to attend the event, please call 847-429-4685 as soon as possible. This allows another student on the waitlist to attend with adequate notice. We will be taking attendance at the programs, and staff members reserve the right to move a registrant to the waitlist if they are found to be consistently absent from programs.
